Terms of Use

Terms of Use Policy

By using the Screening Shorts website, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to the following terms of use.

1. Public and Private Access

Screening Shorts has two modes of user access – public (not logged in) mode and private (logged in) mode.

1.1 Public Access

Any user can gather information about the Screening Shorts resource but will not be able to browse, search, view or download any of the film clips whilst in public access mode.

1.2 Private Access

Educational users, typically teachers, students and other film education practitioners, provided they have login credentials, can browse, search, view and download higher resolution clips for educational purposes. Screening Shorts offers two kinds of film clips – a collection of short films and a collection of video tutorials. The short films are presented as online streams but they are also provided as downloads. On the other hand, the video tutorials are offered as online streams only – they are not available for download.
